Grannies of Greater Westerly use a Traffic Island for Recurring Assemblies & Protest

This island is one of several medians, as well as a few tiny triangular islands at the intersection of Washington and S Grand Vista. This island is a narrow median that gets extremely narrow in the middle.  It is not a place for assembly, but at the end of the median is a lookout point.
